Purchasing from our web site

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, choose the items that you require, then click the 'Add to Basket' buttons to place them into the shopping cart. You can view the items in the basket before either being taken back to where you were or onto the checkout. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Any discrepancies or disputes will be handled in confidence and with respect.

Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology.

Payment

Payment may be made with a debit or credit card via a secure link to PayPal.

We also accept payment via postal order or personal cheque's drawn on a UK bank account and made payable to ChristeningGowns4U

When you place your order your credit card company will convert the transaction from your own currency to Pounds Sterling ( please check your current exchange rates ).

All items will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared.

VAT is charged at 15% and is included in the price of the goods including delivery. Children's clothing is zero rated, there is no VAT added to the display price.

Delivery charges

Postage & Packing Charges are as follows:

UK mainland: Â£0.95 - Â£4.95 depending on size & weight of order.

Postage & packaging will be added at checkout.

Overseas: Please email first for cost.

Deliver schedule

We will normally send your order to you as soon as payment is confirmed, usually 7 working days.

International orders are generally received in under 10 working days.

Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to confirm a refund request ( delivery charges are excluded ) or exchange of the item. All request must be confirmed within 7 days of receipt of your order. All items for return must be unworn & unused with labels attached and in their original boxes and packaged securely.

Back orders

Due to the nature of our business we do not back-order items if they are not available. We will contact you and let you know of the availability of any items that are currently not in stock if an email or phone number have been provided.

Orders of multiple goods may take a little longer. You will be contacted with an estimated delivery time either by phone or email.
